The ground rules for this website.
These terms apply when you visit jakomu.com, submit a request, or use the public information on this website.

Acceptance
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms apply only to the public Jakomu corporate website and its public inquiry forms. They do not by themselves establish the terms of a customer website agreement, Jakomu Managed plan, business-management tool, end-customer workflow, or other paid service.
Website Information
The information on this website is provided for general business and service information. It is not legal, financial, tax, security, accessibility, or compliance advice. We try to keep the website accurate and current, but we do not promise that every detail will always be complete, error-free, or available.
Business Inquiries, Free Audits, And Accessibility Reports
If you submit a business inquiry, free-audit request, or accessibility report, you agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that we may use it to respond to your request. A submission does not create a paid customer relationship, guarantee a response time or result, or require either party to enter an agreement.
By submitting a business inquiry or free-audit request and agreeing to these terms and acknowledging the Privacy Policy, you consent to Jakomu contacting you using the name, email address, required phone number, and—when you continue for an audit—the website URL and optional context you provide. We use those details to respond, discuss a tailored Jakomu Managed website plan and related services, or prepare and follow up about the requested audit. Accessibility reports do not require acceptance of these inquiry Terms; Jakomu uses those reports to investigate and respond to access barriers as described in the Privacy Policy.
When you explicitly claim the free audit, you represent that you have authority to request a review of the website provided, and you authorize Jakomu and its service providers to review publicly available pages and browser-visible information from that site using manual review and automated computer tools. A normal contact submission does not request an audit.
The review may collect and store general website metrics, technical observations, page URLs reviewed, timestamps, performance signals, accessibility signals, search and content observations, and related findings needed to prepare and keep a record of the requested review. We make reasonable efforts to avoid abusive traffic, excessive requests, rate-limit abuse, or unnecessary repeat visits, and the review is not a penetration test, vulnerability exploit attempt, or authorization to bypass access controls.
We may decline, limit, delay, or stop providing a free audit for any reason, and we may or may not notify you if a request is rejected. Reasons may include inability to access or reasonably review the website, suspected abuse or excessive use of our request system, inaccurate or incomplete request information, a request for a site you are not authorized to submit, an illegitimate or unverifiable business, unlawful or harmful content, or technical conditions that make a useful audit impractical.
Managed Website Services And Other Agreements
Jakomu's public descriptions explain the general Jakomu Managed model: a scoped custom website setup followed by a tailored ongoing subscription. The applicable signed agreement governs the custom design and build, subscription scope and fees, hosting, maintenance, technology upgrades, business-management tool access, support, additional custom functionality, responsibilities, payment, ownership, cancellation, export, transition, warranties, and any service commitments. It also identifies which services and third-party costs are included in one Jakomu plan and bill and which, if any, remain customer responsibilities. References to discoverability, search visibility, customer actions, transactions, revenue, reviews, reputation, retention, or customer experience describe goals and areas the work may support, not guaranteed results. Public website copy does not add to or replace the signed agreement.
Demonstrations And Sample Data
Jakomu's website examples and Experience Lab include concept businesses and sample data created to demonstrate possible website experiences and related business workflows. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, they are not presented as client engagements or production deployments. Orders, payments, bookings, inquiries, submissions, and owner-side connections are simulated, and the demonstrations do not promise a particular business result.
